Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (William A. Wetzel, J.), rendered October 11, 2005, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of a weapon in the third *319degree, and sentencing him, as a persistent felony offender, to a term of 15 years to life, unanimously affirmed.

Based on his disruptive conduct, the court properly excluded defendant from the courtroom during jury selection.
