Jim W. Harrison appeals from a conviction of aggravated robbery and a sentence entered under the provisions of the mandatory sentence statute, K.S.A. 21-4618. On a first offense appellant was sentenced to a period of five to twenty years and probation or suspension of sentence could not be granted by reason of the court’s finding at the sentencing hearing that a firearm was used in the commission of the crime.
