Plaintiff New York University (NYU) brought this suit against its insurer Factory Mutual Insurance Company (FM) after FM provided less than all of the coverage that NYU claims it was due under its insurance policy ("the Policy") for losses sustained when Superstorm Sandy struck New York City on October 29, 2012.
