Bertha Hidalgo and Thomas Bronkovie, proceeding pro se, appeal from an order entered sua sponte in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, (Dearie, J), remanding the action to the Civil County Court of the City of New York, County of Kings, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c), for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, and enjoining them from filing or re*45moving any cases to Eastern District of New York without the express permission of the court.
