These appeals arise from separate actions commenced by five women who were formerly employed by defendant, a family-owned business in Erie County that produces meat products. All five plaintiffs worked the evening shift at defendant’s plant, from 3:00 to 11:00 p.m. Each plaintiff alleges that she was subjected to sexual harassment at the plant so severe as to create a hostile work environment, and that defendant condoned or acquiesced in the harassment.
