HUNTER, Judge.

Defendants Templeton and Franklin Veterinary Associates (“TFVA”) and Zachary Franklin appeal the trial court’s denial of their motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction.

The evidence presented to the trial court indicates that plaintiffs Gordon Calhoun and Tina Calhoun are adult citizens and residents of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Plaintiff Hiwassee Stables, Inc. is a North Carolina corporation with its principal place of business in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
