Claimant is engaged in the outdoor advertising business throughout west-central New York State. On August 27, 1956, claimant entered into an “ Adver*100tising Display Agreement ” between M. B. Mitchell, as ‘ ‘ grantor ’ ’ and claimant as ‘1 grantee ’ ’, whereby Mitchell granted to claimant ‘‘ permission and the exclusive right and privilege to occupy and use for the purpose of either constructing or painting and maintaining thereon advertising displays or devices including necessary equipment ” two parcels of vacant land on the Mitchell farm adjacent to the county line — Dansville State Highway…
