This appeal involves the sufficiency of a preliminary expert report in a medical malpractice case. Plaintiffs Mario and Michelle Tiscareno (individually, and as next friends of their daughter, A.R.T.) filed a healthcare liability claim against Dr. Frederick E. Harlass and his health care practice, THN Physicians Association. Plaintiffs claimed Dr. Harlass 1 was responsible for injuries caused to Michelle Tiscareno and their new-born daughter, A.R.T.
