This appeal presents the primary question of whether the Washington courts may assume jurisdiction over a foreign corporation on the basis that (1) it is the wholly-owned subsidiary of a parent corporation based in Washington, and (2) it has the necessary “minimum contacts” within the state to establish jurisdiction.
