Kacur Tire Service, appeals from an order entered in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County sustaining the demurrer of Employers Mutual Casualty Company to Kacur’s bill for declaratory relief. In his bill of complaint Kacur prayed for a declaratory decree [pursuant to the Uniform Declaratory Judgment Act, Code (1967 Repl.
