This matter is before the Court on the Commonwealth’s Motion for a Ruling that the Statements of Each Individual Defendant are Admissible Against All Defendants filed on September 1, 2010, and on the Commonwealth’s Motion for Joinder of Trials filed on the same day. On September 20, 2010, the Court heard oral arguments of counsel and a proffer by the Commonwealth of the evidence the Commonwealth seeks to introduce at trial.
