These causes came on for a hearing before this three-judge court on exceptions filed by the Tennessee Valley Authority (hereinafter “T.V.A.”) to awards made by Commissioners in connection with the condemnation of easements for a high-voltage electric transmission line. It is the contention of the T.V.A. that the award was excessive in both eases. The. two tracts are contiguous and similar and are located in the eastern part of Shelby County.
