This action was brought by tbe appellant, Jennie P. Barnes, widow of Clinton J. Barnes, deceased, to recover of tbe appellee, Union Central Life Insurance Company, $5,000.0Q claimed to be due on a policy of insurance on tbe decedent’s life, issued-by it, payable to ber.
