Presently before the Court are two sets of Cross-Motions For Declaratory Judgment filed by the parties, Didimoi Property Holdings, N.V. (“Didimoi”) and General Electric Capital Corporation (“GECC”) and CIGNA Insurance Company (“CIG-NA”).
