ROBERTSON, Judge.

This appeal raises the question of whether, when a trust, the purpose of which is to provide for the support and maintenance of a particular settlor, has terminated upon the death of the settlor, the trustees have the power to sell land which is the corpus of the trust in order to pay expenses and costs incurred in the administration of the trust before they make a final distribution of the corpus to the remaindermen.
