WALKER, Judge.
Defendant was convicted of first degree statutory sexual offense and was sentenced to a term of life imprisonment. Evidence presented by the State tended to show that during October 1993, the defendant subjected his eight-year-old daughter, N.W., to oral and vaginal intercourse and other sexual touching. In February 1994, N.W., her mother and her three siblings moved out of the residence they were sharing with the defendant and moved in with N.W.’s grandmother.
