Judge TAUBMAN.
Defendant, Isaac Leroy Gallegos, appeals the judgment of conviction entered on jury verdicts finding him guilty of embezzlement and criminal extortion. We conclude that the indictment was legally sufficient on the embezzlement charge and affirm that convietion. We also conclude that the indictment was legally insufficient on the criminal extortion charge and we vacate the judgment pertaining to that charge.
