This suit was filed by appellee-plaintiff, Willie Wade, for workmen’s compensation benefits under the laws of Texas for injuries alleged to have been sustained in the course of his employment for Mack Adams and Ray Adams, d/b/a Adams Brothers, in highway construction work in Hopkins County, Texas. Appellant-defendant, Texas Employers’ Insurance Ass’n, carried Workmen’s Compensation Insurance for Adams Brothers.
