SUMMERS, Justice.

Because of Jerry R. England’s failure to obtain a certificate or license, the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners filed a petition on March 23, 1957 in the Fourteenth Judicial District Court of Calcasieu Parish for an injunction to prohibit him from practicing medicine. See La. R.S. 37:1261, 37:1270 and 37:1286. Finding that England was holding himself out to the public as a chiropractor and that the work he was doing constituted the practice of medicine, a permanent injunction was granted on April 29, 1958 prohibit ing him from engaging in chiropractic or the practice…
