Five Maine milk producers brought this action against the Commissioner of the Maine Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources and against the Maine Milk Commission, 1 challenging the constitutionality of the Maine Milk Pool Act [Act], the core provisions of which appear in 7 M.R.S.A. §§ 3153 and 3154.
