I. INTRODUCTION

This suit revolves around an action brought by plaintiff Deborah Adams against defendants National Engineering Service Corporation (“NESC”) and Verifications, Inc. (“Verifications”) for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681, et seq., (the “FCRA”) and violations of Connecticut common law. Adams is a resident of West Hartford, Connecticut.
