In a matrimonial action in which the parties were divorced by judgment entered April 2, 1987, the defendant wife appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Fierro, J.), dated November 30, 1987, which denied, without a hearing, her motion to set aside a stipulation of settlement.

Ordered that the order is reversed, with costs, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, for a hearing and determination.
