I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs Darla Stewart and George Lexington move to strike the offer of judgment, made pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 68, by Defendants Cheek & Zeehandelar, LLP, Emerson Cheek, and Krishna Velayudhan (collectively, “Cheek & Zeehandelar”). In the alternative, Plaintiffs move for class certification. For the reasons explained below, the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiffs’ motion to strike.
