Catherine Kelly and her minor children brought this action in the district court for Dodge county against Michael Gorey et al. to recover damages, to their means of support in consequence of the defendants having sold intoxicating liquors to Martin Kelly, the husband of said Catherine, and the father of said minors. The period during which the plaintiffs allege they were deprived of support by reason of the intoxication of the husband and father, was from April 15, 1898, to March 24, 1897.
