I. INTRODUCTION

Presently before the Court is an ex parte application for a temporary restraining order (“TRO”) filed by six California teachers and professors (“Plaintiffs”) purporting to represent a class of all individuals who pay dues or fees to the California Teachers Association (“CTA”) and California Faculty Association (“CFA”), (collectively “Defendants”).
