Appeal by the defendant from a resentence of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Gerges, J.), imposed January 21, 2009, upon his conviction of robbery in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty.
Ordered that the resentence is affirmed.
On January 3, 2001, the defendant was convicted, upon his plea of guilty, of robbery in the first degree and, on February 27, 2001, he was sentenced to a determinate term of imprisonment of 10 years.
