Plaintiff, Thomas David Binkerd, appeals from an order of a rehearing panel of the Workers’ Compensation Court dismissing plaintiff’s amended petition against defendants, Central Transportation Co., Inc. (Central), and Great West Casualty Company. Plaintiff timely appealed.
