Rafael Tiscareno-Garcia petitions for review of an order of removal of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) which determined that Tiscareno-Garcia cannot establish the good moral character required to apply for cancellation of removal, see 8 U.S.C. § 1229b(b)(l)(B), as a result of his serving 181 days in jail for an illegal-entry conviction, see 8 U.S.C. § 1101(f)(7).
