MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

WINDER, District Judge.

This is an appeal from an interlocutory order of the bankruptcy court for this dis trict authorizing the employment of special counsel to represent the debtor in a state court proceeding. The court granted leave to appeal pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 8003. The matter was argued orally before the court on September 18, 1984, Joel R. Dangerfield appearing for the debtors and James L.
