The defendant railway company appeals in this case from a verdict and judgment rendered against it for $329.61 as *60and for damages sustained by the plaintiff for breach of a written contract made by the defendant company with the plaintiff, and its failure to comply with its subsequent oral contract made with the plaintiff.
