CLAY, Commissioner.

In this automobile accident case the jury found for the appellee defendants. On appeal the only issue is whether the trial court properly instructed the jury.

The accident occurred one morning in Louisville at the intersection of Brook and Chestnut Streets, where traffic is controlled by a traffic light. Appellant plaintiffs were proceeding east on Chestnut. The defendant driver had just come off the North-South Expressway and was proceeding northwardly down the ramp into the intersection. When about halfway down the ramp the traffic light turned red for her. She testified…
