The Suit and Cloak Company, a Colorado corporation, is an involuntary bankrupt under decree of October 14, 1911, on petition filed 22 days prior thereto.
The Fabian Company, claimant, is a corporation doing business in the state of Ohio, and certain merchandise which it had sold and delivered to the bankrupt within three months prior to adjudication was in the place of business of the bankrupt in Denver at the time of adjudication.
