MEMORANDUM ORDER

LEISURE, District Judge.

United States Magistrate Sharon E. Gru-bin has filed a Report and Recommendation dated August 15, 1990, which recommends that petitioner’s motion to vacate his sentence, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, be denied. See also Rule 32 of the Civil Rules of this Court and Rule 4 of the Rules for Proceedings Before Magistrates.
