An appeal from an order quashing serv-ico and return of a subpoena.

Appellant as plaintiff filed a hill of complaint in the lower court against appellees as defendants, alleging that defendants were a copartnership with principal offices in Baltimore, and engaged in the business of buying and selling stocks on the New York Stock Exchange and the Baltimore Stock Exchange, that the copartnership conducted a branch office in the city of Washington, D.
