This appeal brings before this court for

review judgments entered in cause No. 427905, King county (custody action), and cause No. 470387, King county (property action). These two cases"and an additional (or third) cause, all touching and concerning a divorce decree and property settlement agreement, had been consolidated for trial. No appeal has been taken from the judgment entered in the third cause. We shall discuss first the custody action, and then the property action. William L.
