BLACKBIRD, Justice.

On the 8th day of October, 1952, there was filed with the County Superintendent of Pontotoc County a petition signed by the majority of the electors of Cedar Grove School District No. 47, Pontotoc County, praying for annexation of said district to School District No. 3 of said county.
