Appellants Gerald Wood, Mark Lee Wood, and Dave Lynn Wood challenge the trial court’s order dismissing their claims against Appellees J.R. Walker, Armstrong County Sheriff, Commissioners’ Court of Armstrong County, Texas, Armstrong County, Texas, (collectively Armstrong County), and Peggy Meathenia pertaining to their rights with respect to the use of a dirt road in Armstrong County.
