Mark Pennsy (Pennsy) petitions for review of an order of the Secretary of the Commonwealth (Secretary) which revoked his notary public commission pursuant to Section 22 of the Notary Public Law.1 We affirm the Secretary’s finding of Pennsy’s violation of the Notary Public Law but *29vacate the revocation of the commission and remand for reconsideration of the sanction imposed.
