The appellee, the Pensacola City Company, a corporation, and divers other persons, its alienees, on the 5th day of March, A. D. 1887, filed their bill in equity in the Circuit Court of Escambia county against the appellants, and against Georgia I. Caro, John B. Caro > Theresa E. Caro, Josephine Caro, Mary L. Caro (children of A. Y. Caro), Irene C. Williams, Matilda C.
