The trial in this matter involves several claims for indemnification for environmental remediation and other related costs incurred by four homebuilding companies which developed property formerly owned by the U.S. Air Force. The four Plaintiffs are Richmond American Homes of Colorado, Inc. (“Richmond American”); Metropolitan Development, LLC and Metropolitan Builders, Inc.
