Appeal from 10-year sentence imposed by court under Second Offender Act after jury found Carl Hunt guilty of receiving stolen property of a value of over $50.00. § 560.270, RSMo 1959, V.A.M.S.

The property involved, consisting of mechanics’ tools and socket wrenches, • was taken from Murray Motors at 4870 Natu ral Bridge Road in St. Louis on the evening of September 6, 1967. On September 21, 1967, St. Louis police officers, acting under a federal narcotic “want” order arrested George Michael Hoffman.
