This is an order to show cause why this bankruptcy proceeding should not be dismissed. The defendant was adjudged a -bankrupt herein on the 4th day of May, 1926. The acts of bank ruptcy charged are: “That within four months preceding the filing of this petition the said Edward W. Holmes, while insolvent, committed acts of bankruptcy, in that he did on the 11th day of January, 1926, transfer and pay to Charles Beard & Co., of the city, of St. Paul, state of Minnesota, $149.93, and Fisher Bros., of the city of New York, state of New York, $482.
