Azar v. Westview Cemetery, Inc.

The plaintiffs sued Westview Cemetery, Inc. and others for trespass. Motions of the defendants to dismiss the complaints were sustained on August 26, 1975. Plaintiffs moved to set aside the order of August 26, and this motion was denied on October 29, 1974. A notice of appeal to the Supreme Court was filed on November 27, and the appeal was thereafter transferred by that court to the Court of Appeals.
