Appellant sued appellee to set aside an award of the Industrial Accident Board of Texas granting compensation to Salvador Rodriguez, an employee and workman, because of an injury sustained by him while riding on a truck on a public highway, in the vicinity of Campbellton, Atascosa County, Tex., on October 1, 1929. It was alleged that the injury- occurred in due course of his employment with the United Oas Engineering Corporation, the assured.
