—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Cowhey, J.), rendered May 10, 1985, convicting him of rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree and attempted sodomy in the first degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict and imposing sentence.
