Wittemann v. . Sands

The plaintiff has sued the defendant Sands upon six promissory notes made by the Wittemann Aircraft Corporation to the order of the plaintiff, and in a separate action he has sued the defendant Spencer on five of the same notes. The cases were tried together resulting in the direction of a verdict in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant in each case.
