I concur in the result of the majority opinion because I am convinced the circuit judge had, prior to his decision, no information concerning the issues in this case arising from his wife’s position as the teacher of the child. Nor does this record reveal that he was even aware of the wife’s possible knowledge before he decided the case. I am convinced that the issue was pretextual on the part of the wife’s counsel to avoid the already-announced determination of the issues by the circuit judge.
