Facts of Case
This is a quiet title action involving the nonjudicial foreclosure of a deed of trust covering real property located in two counties, one parcel of which was designated in the deed of trust as "additional security only".
The material facts are undisputed.
In July 1981, Theodore and Judy Brown and others conveyed an undivided 15 percent interest in a parcel of real property located in Whatcom County to Guenter Mannhalt, who will hereinafter be referred to as "the grantee".
