Henry Clark prosecutes this appeal from a judgment condemning him to accept title to certain real estate which was sold under executory process to satisfy a mortgage imposed by Lawrence Williams, curator of Mary Sullivan, his interdicted wife, pursuant to the advice of a family meeting and an order of court homologating the same.

The objection urged to the title is that:

“In the matter of the interdiction of Mary Sullivan * * * there was never any order appointing George Peterson undercurator of said interdict, and the proceedings conducted with the said Peterson as undercurator are null and…
