OPINION AND ORDER

PARKER, Chief Judge.

On July 2, 1992, Denise Mayo (“Claimant”) was arrested for distribution of cocaine. At the time of her arrest, her 1991 Isuzu Amigo (“the property”) was seized by the Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”) for purposes of civil forfeiture pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 881(a)(4). The basis for the forfeiture relates to the claimed use of the property by the Claimant to deliver cocaine.
